Honeycrisp Apple & Goat Cheese Salad
Honeycrisp apples, goat cheese, candied walnuts, radicchio, apple cider vinaigrette, 12 oz, serves 2-4.
To Serve: Slice apple, and place all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Mix with dressing and a touch of salt and pepper. Plate and top with goat cheese.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of receipt.
