Murray's naturally raised, hormone-free chicken marinated with garlic and rosemary cooked a la plancha with a brick. Served with a side of lemon chicken jus, two half chickens (one whole chicken), serves 2-3.

To Reheat & Eat: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken skin side down in a lightly oiled nonstick pan and place in the oven. Bake until hot, about 15 minutes. Warm lemon jus and serve with chicken. 

Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of receipt.
