French Fries, Par Cooked
Our signature fries, par cooked and ready to fry at home, 2 lbs, serves 4.
Add fry oil and/or a thermometer to complete your kit!
To Reheat & Eat: Fill a heavy 8 quart pot half way with canola oil. Place thermometer in the oil and heat until it reaches 375 degrees. Working in batches drop about a half pound of par cooked fries in at a time, frying for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon or tongs and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. When batches are complete, place fries in a mixing bowl and season with salt to taste.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of receipt.
