Kale & Quinoa Salad
Sun dried cranberries, ricotta salata, toasted almonds, dijon vinaigrette, 12 oz, serves 2-4.
To Serve: Place all ingredients in a bowl except for the cheese. Mix with the dijon vinaigrette, a touch of salt and pepper. Plate and top with cheese.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of receipt.
