Lobster & Avocado Salad
Poached lobster, little gem lettuce, avocado, cucumber, tomato, red onion, bacon, lemon dijon vinaigrette, 12 oz, serves 2-4.
To Serve: Cut avocado in half and gently remove the pit. Dice avocado into large cubes and spoon out into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and lobster and mix with dressing.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of receipt.
