Roasted Carrots with Herb Yogurt
Roasted carrots, pistachio granola, jalapeño, lemon, and mint, served with side of herb yogurt, 16 oz (pint)
To Reheat & Eat: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place carrots on a sheet tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until warm. Remove from the oven and serve over herb yogurt.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of receipt.
